I don't have write permissions on the repo.
@psi29a ?
Completely tangential, but my classmates were basically picking a fight with my professor today out of frustration about our class... what a circus.

The second video is ready for review:
>>>
WIP Editor Video <<<
This time, subtitles are included right from the start.
What's still missing from my side:
Custom video thumbnails [not started ]
German transcript/subtitles [not started ]
German changelog [nearly finished ]
The thumbnails shouldn't be a problem; the German subtitles can be delayed if necessary. I'll continue work on Friday evening.

Windows release builds;
32-bit
64-bit
I remembered to remove the shadows DLL from the build this time too, since it slunk in when I built nightlies.

Does this mean we've released now? If the tag is out, that means 0.45 starts appearing in places, so are we going to need to publish a newspost and stuff in the next few hours if we can?

My process in the past was to wait for release builds to be made, because those get uploaded to the Github release.

Despite Linux 64bit not being RC and does not require testing, I still tested it and I can confirm that it works as intended

I mean, I don't think people would overly mind if the release packages were tested as well.
