I have enabled post-processing.
On my IPS monitor picture is too bright and washed up. It is the same thing in SDR on default setting. Need to change the gamma for better colors.
On my TV, though, default is perfect.

Re: OpenMW 0.48.0
I'm quoting this to this thread as it's still something we want to deal with for 0.48 if at all possible:
There's also the crash you had with RC10 when loading a save, and that's likely to bother other people, too, if we release 0.48 with the same problem. It would really help if you could figure out which save you were loading when it happened, and send it to us.
Re: OpenMW 0.48.0
I no longer remember which version everything worked fine on the 32 bit version such problems were not observed it seemed to work fine it all started with 64 bit versions
Re: OpenMW 0.48.0
That's why we ask you to check in which release the issue was introduced (by installing and testing older releases).

Added those links to the blog post.

Windows RC12 build;
64-bit (PDBs)
The Flatpak beta branch has also been updated, just waiting on their buildbot to finish processing it, should be available in under half an hour.

Re: OpenMW 0.48.0
Hey guys, I have tested the Linux built RC11. Works great, however three mods are not working anymore, I guess they need an update right?
- TES3A-Abecean-Isles-20032023 complains about different esm masterfile missing, but did not before.
- Protective Guards for OpenMW - Lua Edition
- Pursuit - OpenMW-50271-0-15
Also I found out, when I have save files for Morrowind and other total conversions, when in use they delete each other.
For instance as soon as I rename the openmw.cfg file for Morrowind to let's say "openmw.cfg_Morrowind" and use another openmw.cfg file for Arktwend. Afterwards if I rename the Morrowind one back to openmw.cfg all previous Morrowind save files will get lost. Is there a way to preserve the ones or even create different save files folders for Total conversions? Thanks a lot.

Re: OpenMW 0.48.0
Generally, mods shouldn't need updating. There are a couple of things we've had to change with the Lua API that means a few Lua mods need updating, but it doesn't looks like all the ones you've mentioned are.
Save files should absolutely not be deleted if you've not done it on purpose. First, I'd check they're not just being filtered from the list if none of the content files are the same - you wouldn't be able to load an Arktwend save with Morrowind in the first place, so we might just hide it until you're running Arktwend again, without deleting it, and then it should show up if you switch back.
As for keeping the total conversions separate to the main game, if you're willing to stop using our launcher (which breaks if you use it at the same time as this feature) you can pretty easily get different OpenMW profiles by creating a new config directory in the regular one for each profile. In it, you'll put an

In it, you'll put an
openmw.cfg
and settings.cfg
with all the options specific to that profile. In the normal openmw.cfg
, you can then put a config=path/to/the/profile/directory/you/made
line, and it will chain-load the files in the profile directory.
