Ignore the last to posts, I've worked it out and the mod is coming along nicely. I might actually post a link to the mod.

This version still has the default travel options enabled (for easy testing) and boats have been unmodified.
EDIT: I actually forgot but on the Silt Strider NPC in Seyda Neen there is a few new lines on her greeting and a new topic on her that will eventually lead to a quest.

How to add the mod (on linux)
1. Go to the home folder and press ctrl + h (this shows hidden files)
2. Open the folder called .local and then open the folder called share (which is inside .local)
3. Find the folder called openmw and open it
4. Inside will be a folder called data, copy the downloaded file into this folder.
DONE
On windows I think the openmw folder might be in documents
(I don't know where it is exactly on windows, sorry)

Your install method, on linux at least, is not the preferred method on the OpenMW wiki, see https://wiki.openmw.org/index.php?title ... stallation .
While your method will work it may lead to complications when people install dozens of mods there and overright other files, separate data folders is one of the great features of OpenMW.

and stand corrected with simpler way. directly on fileformat with no extra scripts xP
would suggest for publishing purposes to name scripts with something like wman64_
but otherwise can test that out when get into main comp.
how about writing something like :
ok, it's time to go on this journey.
