Feather Bug (v0.49)

I've run into the bug where feather stops working. I've tried the fix on the wiki, but no dice. I posted here since the OpenMW engine is different than vanilla.

Can you provide more details? Specifically, when exactly it stops working or how to reproduce.

I had the daedric armor you get from Therana (which comes with a constant effect feather) equipped, and then I equipped the Ebony Mail. Now I can't get a feather effect to lower my encumbrance, even though it says so in the active effects. Potions, spells, enchantments all display a magnitude, but don't reduce encumbrance.

Does it also happen with those removed ?

For clarity : you are wearing the daedric greaves from therena plus ebony mail when this happenes and are not wearing other items with CE feather ?

It's irrelevant now. I accidentally deleted my saves when updating.
