Please tell me do you have a 32-bit OpenMW, it just worked better for me than 64-bit?

OpenMW does not support 32-bit binaries since 0.47.

It's also really unlikely that it actually worked better for you. What's more likely is that when you first switched from a 32-bit build to a 64-bit one, it also included a bunch of other changes, one of which is what made it work less well on your machine.

Please tell me how much your OpenMW consumes RAM and the system requirement?

The system requirements for Windows are just:
  • A version of Windows that isn't EOL yet.
  • 64-bit OS.
  • OpenGL 2.1 capable GPU & driver. Some optional features require more, but you don't need to turn them on.
  • Enough RAM to cope with the settings you're using.
Memory usage depends a lot on settings. If you've got loads, then things like distant land and preloading are helpful, but if you don't, they'll do more harm than good.

Meeting the requirements doesn't guarantee the performance will be good - there are plenty of machines which are awful by modern standards that meet them, but it shouldn't crash and shouldn't freeze, and everything should work, albeit slowly.

Is there any way to fix these delays in the game?

See the lag there, kinda sucks. Anyway to redo the video with more debug information on the screen? Press F3, 4 times so that we can see where the CPU time is going? You'll get a graph on the top left, info on the bottom left and also bottom right (navmesh related). We need to see it all. :)

If I had to guess, I'd say navmesh generation taking up time on your dual-core cpu?
