MCP wiki page updated

Just an FYI that I've again updated the MCP wiki page at https://wiki.openmw.org/index.php?title=MCP to indicate the following features/fixes have now been implemented in OpenMW development builds:
-Map expansion (local/world map zoom setting)
-Rain/snow collision
-Telekinesis fix
-Creature armor damage fix
For clarity, I've also changed the status of several features that will apparently be left to eventual possible Lua mods to "Won't implement" (as opposed to the original generic "Ignored" status previously listed for these items).
As always, the devs' hard work in continuing to enhance OpenMW's native features and fixes is very much appreciated!
