Yellow exclamation point with land_default.tga" count 3 warning

I am running the game smoothly and suddenly find a yellow exclamation point. I go to the warnings and find this:

Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
Texture "Textures\menu_thick_border_bottom_right_corner.dds" count 2.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am running the game on Windows 10 and this is my mod list:

A similar problem at https://www.reddit.com/r/Morrowind/comm ... ion_marks/ appears to have been caused by failure to configure bsa files for Tamrieal Rebuilt.

Other similar problems appear to have been caused by configuration issues with MGE, which shouldn't apply here.
