Swamp water splashing replacement or improvement
There is a threshold one crosses in the swamps and a figurative tidal wave of splashing water sounds suddenly appears or disappears and is always at the same volume. I can't find any mention of it in the most popular sound mods on the Nexus. Does anyone have recommendations for either mods that create more ambience, as in changing the volume of nearer or farther sounds for the water, or replacing it altogether with something quieter? Thanks a bunch folks.

Can you record this some how?

It's obvious enough for any player. Being in Seyda Neen, one is surrounded by loud splashing all the way to walking down toward the Imperial towns and then it ceases. The whole swampy region is like that.

It's not obvious enough for any player that anyone's ever complained about it, so we need the recording so we can tell if there's a weird bug affecting you, something wrong with mods you're using, or if there's something in the base game that most people are fine with, but you want to change.

Yes, it is quite loud and abruptly ceases and starts without any reference to the nearness to the shoreline. It plays in the western swampy areas from Seyda Neen up to the northern shore lines. Is it a simple matter of disabling or deleting a sound file?

You're going to have to record it as we're not hearing the same thing, at least not at a level we'd describe as loud or abrupt.
