GetStat, SetStat, ModStat for base/unmodified stat values

Having GetStat, SetStat, ModStat variants to return unmodified/base attribute and skill values to be able to work with them in mwscript, regardless of fortify/drain/damage effects.

That would be great for modding. I'm thinking specifically to level progression mods.
But as I understood, it won't be available in mwscript.
I hope they'll add it in lua scripting soon.

So, will this be possible to mod with lua in next 0.48 version?

I'm finding it hard to find any lua documentation for releases candidates.
