Optimal settings for 3GB or less memory?

I'm running the flathub version of OpenMW in Xubuntu 20.04.
This is my usual memory usage without OpenMW running. I still wish to implement distant land though, so I'd like to know if there's settings I can implement so my computer doesn't become memory starved during gameplay.
