Issues with flatpak version

Hi, I have installed the flatpack version of the latest openmw (0.47). My OS is ubuntu 20.04. The problem is my openmw.cfg and settings.cfg are not getting generated when I run the launcher. I have installed using the command specified on the downloads page. Any help will be appreciated

Mine is located in /home/argonvegell/.var/app/org.openmw.OpenMW/config/openmw/settings.cfg.
