Can I install Tamriel Rebuilt on OpenMW Android?

Been playing mw on android and so far no problems now i just kinda want tamriel rebuilt on it for complete experience?
Ok update i tried it and remember i said its ok for morrowind to only run at 10-20fps? Yeah fuck that i was at 3 fps average Snapdragon 635 btw Normal morrowind with some performance mods is 30-60fps and doesnt have that long loading times when running up to a new area
