Config file empty

I'm about to install a bunch of mods but the config file is empty except for the "this is the user config file feel free etc etc." Everywhere I look says it should contain Some lines of code but mine doesn't. Is that normal if I've never put anything in there myself?

Have you ever run the ini importer? That's supposed to fill in most of the values.

Nope. That might be the issue then. Is it a line of code I need to run? Or a program?

There should be a button in the launcher to import the Morrowind ini.

Darnit. I'm running the android port of OpenMW and have suuuuper limited access to any computers. Can I still add virtual folders to the config file even if there's nothing there?
Or do I have to fiddle with the morrowind ini? Or both?
