Current state of vampires?

Does anyone know what the current state of vampires are in the game? (latest version)

We've contracted porphyric hemophilia and waited over 3 days with bed rest, even with the time sync off on the server and no one seems to turn.

Are vampires meant to be working currently in the latest version? If not, are there any work arounds?

I could probably make people vampires with script calls still.

P.s I want to say a big thank you for making one of my childhood games multiplayer, it's fantastic!

You should post this on TES3MP subforum. For all I know, vampirism could be disabled in multiplayer version to avoid all sorts of shenanigans.

OpenMW contributors didn't make the multiplayer and TES3MP, give your thanks to Koncord and David Cernat. Vampirism and diseases currently aren't synchronized in TES3MP.
