Add both, as the dailies are made from dependencies in the main PPA.
People using the daily builds should always include the main PPA. Think of it as layers... If people want just the main releases, main is good enough, if they want latest builds.. then they ALSO need the daily PPA.
It saves space so we don't have to keep extra copies of files around.
Thanks a lot! I didn't realize I needed them both. Got it installed and started up. I just built a new pc and switched from windows, so I'm still setting things up, but I can't wait to try OpenMW on it!
Update: I seeeeeee.... it seems that 0.46 we have hosted gets priority over our daily builds. Interesting... so yeah, you made saves against latest nightly, those saves don't work with latest stable release.
Update2: Ya we don't build against Bionic anymore as LTS is 20.04 (Focal).
We have changes in Debian that aren't very backwards compatible with Bionic and the 'packaging' information we use is downstream in Debian.
Anyway, it comes down the fact that we put Qt 5.12 as the min version to have but Bionic does not have this. So I have to figure out a way to get it building again.
Had to install Qt 5.12 manually on my 18.04 in order to build from source. Wanted at first to build Qt from source (a FreeBSD ports habit), but after 1hr and 30 Gb decided it ain't worth it, lel.
