There is still a bunch of important rendering related tasks in OpenCS (viewtopic.php?f=20&t=2207). gus picked up some, but apparently he hasn't a huge amount of time available. He mentioned to me, he wouldn't mind help with them. If you are interested, maybe throw him a PM and see if he wants to share?
