I don't understand the "powershell" passage in the manual installation guide

Post by moseviero »

Greetings!

I am trying to mod OpenMW following the instructions here: https://modding-openmw.com/guides/users ... openmw-way

I don't understand what I am supposed to do regarding this:
IMPORTANT! Windows users will need to navigate to the directory they downloaded this script to and Shift+Right-click the folder to bring up the context menu. Click Open Powershell window here and type the following command, replacing the file name to reflect the script you downloaded:

Powershell.exe -executionpolicy bypass -File .\momw-folder-generator-MODLIST-NAME-HERE.ps1

Now that you have your folders deployed, installing mods is as simple as downloading them and extracting the contents into their designated directory.
The directory where I dowloaded the script is the "download" directory. If I follow the instructions, replacing MODLIST-NAME-HERE with "Just Good Morrowind", I get an error message.

Could someone explain me what to do as if I am a 5 years old child? :-DD

Thank you!

We can't tell you what the problem is without seeing the error message, which probably says exactly what the problem is.
