OpenMW 0.48 Fatal Error When Loading Save Within Game

Hi,

I keep getting a fatal error whenever I load any quicksave, autosave, or regular save while I'm already in the game. In addition, I have also randomly crashed while going to a certain part of the Solstheim map which has only happened once so far. The game also freezes for a bit and gets an abort prompt while it's loading into the main menu which never happened in 0.47.

I have also lost all of my faction statuses in the right-click menu except for the Ashlanders, but I'm not sure if this can be attributed to OpenMW or to some of the mods that I updated at the same time as OpenMW.
