What are the differences between the Tes3MP Lua and OpenMW Lua capabilities?

It's really hard to give a concise answer to this. OpenMW Lua is concerned with allowing for powerful singleplayer scripting, but has design choices that will allow it to work with multiplayer in the future. TES3MP Lua is focused primarily on synchronizing data between players and on storing the data in a way that makes it easy to retrieve.What are the differences between the Tes3MP Lua and OpenMW Lua capabilities?
TES3MP Lua will become deprecated in future versions of TES3MP and OpenMW Lua will be used by it instead.
I'd say this forum isn't particularly active, but it's still a perfectly fine place to discuss TES3MP. The main alternatives are the Discord server, the subreddit or the Steam group, of which the first is the most active place.Also, is there a better forum to talk about Tes3MP?
