NPC bodyless in new game I'm creating

Post by Komplex »

Hi.
I'm creating a game, but i'm not a real game developer. I'm making a game for curiosity in the CS.
I add the meshes and the textures from https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48005, created a race, I add the meshes to the body parts, changed the race of the "player" NPC and add the head and the hair to the PNC. But in the preview the preview don't appears.
When I run the game, only the head with hair appears, but face down.
I'm forgot something?

Thanks.

How nobody answered me I will answer my own quest.
The morrowind needs a base of animations to mount the body parts in one body.
In the meshes folder of morrowind there are some files necessary:
base_anim.nif
xbase_anim.nif
base_female_anim.nif
xbase_female_anim.nif
base_anim.1st.nif
There are also others.

I don't wanna use the Bethesda Files. Some of the archives I know that I can take from mods, but the problem is the "base_anim.nif". I can't find a mod to substitute it. So I will need to make my own animations. I never made animations, but I think that is a hard work. Somebody wish luck to me, please. I will need.

Tanks. Good Bye.

Check out our example-suite, it is created so you can build and play things using non Bethesda files.
