It would be cool to have functionality that allows for Voxel Mapping, imagine no loading screens, to sneak into a building via a cities sewage system, or dig out of a cave, or simply destroy stuff. I know this would 100% be a post 1.0 addition.
PS This has probably been asked about before, but I couldn't find any information.

It is very unlikely, transform the map in a fully voxelized world, would imply changes in pretty much every aspect of the engine, including AI, rendering, physics. It would also imply a robust voxelization engine.
