With new distance land - groundcover... Does it mean that MGE XE is no needed any-more and I can stick only with OpenMW? I'm super excited.

MGE XE still has support for post-processing shaders, which are yet to be implemented into OpenMW. But we're getting closer and closer indeed.

Thank You lysol, It turned out that on the _n, _nh, and _spec files that I was making I was making right but I wasn't running them through the openmw launcher settings so they were not activating in game so thanks it was such an obvious step that I over looked it the game looks great now.
Still no sun rays but that could be an issue with my pc from back when I did a multiplayer for morrowind overhaul (extremely buggy and crashed every 20 minutes) or like you said a intel issue, I'll try on a different pc to see if its just me
