MCP is incompatible with OpenMW, so unfortunately, you can't use them together. The OpenMW article at https://wiki.openmw.org/index.php?title=MCP, which appears to be regularly updated, shows the current status of the integration of features/fixes from MCP into OpenMW. You'll note that the "Allows you to take all items from a container by pressing the Ready Weapon key." feature in the list isn't yet implemented. I'm not a dev, so I can't say whether this is actively being worked on by anyone, but if not, it'll get done when it gets done(tm).

It isn't being worked on, sorry. I guess it is debatalbe if this should really be implemented at all as an engine feature, or if this should rather be implemented in a future Lua mod instead. I would probably vote for the latter.

I myself would love to see this feature in core OpenMW (it was a staple for me back in the old Morrowind/MCP days), but I suppose this will need to be considered in more detail in the future.
