Can't wait for extensive dehardcoding!
Seriously I can't wait for extensive dehardcoding after 1.0 version! I always wanted to make a mod that completely alters attributes/skills system. If a I understood correctly, when OpenMW engine is dehardcoded, it will be possible to create new skills, attributes, even create other character characteristics, and create new RPG formulas for all game mechanics i OpenMW-CS. I am looking forward for tinkering Morrowind game mechanics!

I think so, but don't hold your breath.
You should be content with what OpenMW does now and use it for what it is. Or contribute code if you can. The little bits that are missing for 1.0 may still take years. (I remember that even the project leader expected a 1.0 release by the end of 2016. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVFh9l4OFs0) And then the dehardcoding will take time. And then you might spend months or longer implementing the new features.
I've been waiting since 2013 and for pretty much all that time OpenMW has been (more or less completely) playable.
