Maybe because of the phonetics: "Wire mash" sounds very logical to me, and I must admit that I've always read it this way. Anyway, I've fixed the error.

I made the same mistake for years until I actually came to google Wyre Bash and got nothing helpful.

Well... it's Wrye Bash, so maybe that was why. :)
