MyGUI 3.2.2 released

As it turns out, Altren just released MyGUI 3.2.2.

This release allows us to improve the formatting in the book window. We already have the code for this (guarded with #if MYGUI_VERSION). I recommend all release packages to upgrade the MyGUI version.
It also allows us to get rid of a few hacks, and move some code from OpenMW to MyGUI, but I think we should still support 3.2.1 for a while (until the major distributions have upgraded, anyway).
