Good luck with all the tutorials.
I have a friend that covers a good chunk of tutorials that I have mentioned. Things like Marvelous designer and a few others he covers. In the interest of time I am going to Post some of the tuts up from his Youtube page here.

Is there a possibility of a tutorial on DIY motion capture for character models? Animations are hard, but knowing how to do motion capture would certainly simplify the process.

You mean with Markerless motion capture? There is one software that I know of that does this well.

I could do it just need to get the software and learn it :)

If you want some modeling info, I laid some down over at the province: cyrodiil mod website. I consider it only part way done but it contains some stuff that may be useful.

I would love to see a tutorial series on this topic and I think that it would be very enlightening.

I am going to do a tutorial on Motion Capture with 3 to 4 PlayStation Eyes. Since there is no decent tutorial on that. :)

Hey just a heads up - I am also currently learning C++ as per this thread.

I am going to link to some friends tutorial sets on Youtube because I do not believe in reinventing the wheel.

Here are a few to hold you over Courtesy of 3D palace, Free3Dee and 3DS MAX How to's
