How To Diagnose "Yellow Checkmark" Mesh issue

I am using the Total Overhaul list and made it all the way through, double checking along the way, but am now getting mesh exclamations on certain NPCs and some hair textures. Everything else looks great. I am using mo2 and tes3cmd to check my load order. I can't seem to find where the issue is and am not sure where to begin searching. I seem to only have had this problem after loading the Delta Plugin. Any advice on how to troubleshoot the issue?

There'll be entries in your log (which you can find with https://openmw.readthedocs.io/en/latest ... paths.html) saying it was unable to find various meshes and it's falling back to using marker_error.nif, which is a mesh with a big yellow exclamation mark in it. Also, you can open the in-game console, click on an error marker, and run the ori command to see which mesh it was trying to use and which content file added the object that needs it.
