After installing Vtastek's lighting shaders, all the normal maps seem to overlay the diffuse maps, so the image is totally blue:

OpenMW isn't very good with shader errors. The normal maps aren't overlaying, your shaders just are failing to compile. Your openmw.log will verify this. The most likely cause is you're using a version of OpenMW that is not compatible with Vtastek's shaders.
