CTD fatal error, crash log included

Post by vk1970 »

This literally just started to occur tonight while yesterday it was fine, and I hadn't changed a single thing in my settings or mod line-up. The only change was a set of updates for Ubuntu Studio 20.04 itself, unless of course the system has included OpenMW nightlies in the updates and something strange has happened. The error message in the CTD told me to submit and issue to Git and I've already done so and uploaded my crash log there as well.

Should already be fixed upstream?

https://github.com/OpenMW/openmw/pull/3052

Which issue did you submit?

It's working now without issue for whatever reason... I'd like to know WTF happened on GiHub, though, that you can't see what I posted there, or what exactly I did wrong when posting.

Not sure, but our main development is done on gitlab and that is where our issue tracker is. :)

We have one developer who still uses github, so perhaps there is confusion there.
