FPS stutter with new 0.46 build

Game runs horribly on new build. I was using 0.45 and everything was okay. I installed the new build to its own directory and when I use that version, the game is consistently choppy. Switching back to 0.45, it's fine.

What's your hardware setup?

Everything works fine on 0.45.

Make sure openmw executable runs on your dedicated video card.

Press F3 twice while in-game (that'll enable the profiler), make a screenshot (press F12) and post it here. It'll be saved to %user Documents/My Games/OpenMW.
