Help with Arktwend - NPC floating when sitting.

Just wondering if this floating when sitting bug is a openmw bug and if there is any way I can fix it?

I'm experiencing a variety of NPCs floating above their chairs:

This guy vibrates aggressively above his chair:

This guy floats far above but does not vibrate

is that a solution or is that just the state of affairs now? What am i supposed to do with that link?

It's a link to an open issue on our bug tracker, which means we know that it's a problem, but haven't fixed it yet. Often, there'll be more information there that a developer could use to work out how to fix it, but that's not helpful for regular users.
