Launcher Error

I am having an issue trying to start the openmw launcher on my windows 10 pc. I've tried reinstalling five times. I also turned off OneDrive. Getting a system error window that says "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Any idea how to fix this?

The vcruntime140.dll is a part of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, which we do not bundle with OpenMW. Make sure that the Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2015 is installed and the vcruntime140.dll is present on your PC.

We should probably bundle it (or the thing that checks if it's present and then downloads and installs it if not).
