Not Working Anymore

I am unable to run OpenMW, I uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and the program but I keep getting the same error, it worked fine before I attempted to install a texture mod. Is there a way to fix it? it says ''Error on line 1 in C:(Users\Bruno\Documents\MyGames\OpenMW/settings.cfg: Empty Category Name''

I guess showing us the file should be the first step.

What file? where can I find it? sorry, I'm not very good on Pc or modding in general, any help would be vastly appreciated

The file in the error message. It shows you were it can be found: C:\Users\Bruno\Documents\MyGames\OpenMW/settings.cfg

found it, what should i do now? delete it and run the wizard again?

I'm not sure if that would help, but you could copy/paste its contents here so we can look at it.
