I'm new to OpenMW and have no idea how to install it. I used the free code that Bethesda gave out for the game and now I'm lost. I have a windows computer and got to the OpenMW Wizard select an existing installation before I hit a wall. It would be greatly appreciated if someone helped me finish this process. The desktop shortcut won't register as an existing installation, so I'm just lost.

Did you install the game via Bethesda's launcher first? If so, then you should be able to browse to the path of the game with OpenMW. Probably someting like C:\Bethesda launcher\Morrowind or something like that if you are on Windows. I don't use the Betehsda Launcher myself, so I don't know the default paths, sorry.
