Okay, So I went to through the entire threads but I couldn't understand the solutions that much. The issue was similar.

terabyte25, should I download the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 or the latest?

Hi, the MSVCP140.dll is one of the constituent files of Visual C++ Redistributable software for Visual Studio 2015 software. You can either manually download and put the file in your C Drive.
