Terrible Controller Support!

Topic says it all . Hard to imagine it could be any worse . anytime a single button gets tapped it registers two taps making every single menu unusable. i for one wont play with a mouse and keyboard given how well it does map. hope it gets fixed. this problem does not affect the android port which has perfect controller support making the pc version that much more of a dissapointment.

It's a bug in 0.43.0 keyboard navigation feature which has been fixed for 0.44.0, the upcoming release.

Try using one of the recent nightly builds (upper right corner
of the Wiki main page). See if the changes that will be included in 0.44 solve the concerns you are having.
And yes, controller support could be greatly improved. If you can help with it by filing bug reports for specific issues (or even contributing code!) that would go a long way towards improving it.
