Is it possible to use mods with the mac version of this? I can already play the game fine, but I was considering installing some graphical mods. Can someone explain if this is possible and, if so, what exactly I would have to do? Also if anyone has good graphical mod recommendations, that would be cool.

Yes, mods are possible on a Mac. I run them myself. Just follow the mod installation guidelines on the wiki and you should be good to go!
