Their names are deleted from active topics list.

Vanilla Morrowind does the same, the topics are disabled when the corresponding journal entries are added.

I have never seen Elone at Arilles trade house until 0.32, I was assuming she did not show up until after joining the blades, I can not remember if that was how vanilla worked. I joined the blades and returned ans still could not find her. I did not report it as 0.32 was just out and I was still on 0.31b but checking now she is there always from the first visit by a new character. Has something changed?
