As mentioned before I see the whole topic as a non-issue, mostly. Either we set new bugs to no target, which means that scrawl and I have to move some to other targets. Or we set new bugs to our current milestone, which means scrawl and i have to move some of the milestone.

Now we could have a kind of "triage-milestone", that collects all incoming bug reports. That would at least make more sense than choosing either option, but then again, I don't see much need for it. What we are currently doing is working fine.
