Don't think this is due to INI settings this time, possibly MOSG related, but anyway: as per the attached screenshot, the journal is rendered incorrectly. This also applies to books, scrolls appear to be rendered correctly.

Due to the hi-res book UI texture replacer. Happens to me too, with it enabled.
