Graphical Mods OMW 0.46.0? (No esp/esm.) [Android]

I need help with installing graphical mods for OpenMW on Android. I'm using the 0.46.0 update from Google play store. I tried adding Graphic Herbalism to it by going into the OpenMW.cfg file, and adding data=(filepath). I launched OpenMW, but it didn't use Graphic Herbalism. Has anyone successfully added any graphical mods to OpenMW on Android? Any help will be appreciated.
