Hello. I'm just trying to find out if anyone knows a way to run the TES Construction Set.exe on Android. Or if that ability is in the works for a future version. Thankyou.

There isn't a way, and there probably won't be a way of having it on Android for a long time.

TES Construction Set.exe is Bethesda's windows only binary. You might be able to run it via Wine for Android, but we cannot provide you any support as it is not ours.

OpenMW comes with its own editor (construction set) known as OpenMW-CS. This can be ported to Android but how useful that would be is not clear.
