OpenMW on Android

When playing OpenMW, on Android, is it possible to resize/reposition ui windows? Specifically I nitice I cannot see the entirety of the window in the top left which houses one's attributes (only the major /minor skills have a scroll bar. Frankly, I always enjoyed resizing and repositioning ui windows.

same way you resize on desktop.. hold click window's edge with the attack button and drag to resize.

One might imagine that was the first thing I tried... I'm assuming now it didn't initially work due to fps lag (which I've since then gotten under control), upon trying again I was able to resize & reposition the ui. Thankyou for your help.
