Crashing when entering or leaving cells

A good 7 out of 10 times I crash when entering interior and exterior cells.
However it has nothing to do with performance as I'm on a Galaxy S9+ at 2792 x 1440 resolution with view distance maxed except for water and running the game at a smooth 60 fps.
Are there any .ini files I could edit to resolve this issue?
