[Android port] How to connect a controller?

Hello everyone! Probably this question was already asked, but how to connect a controller? I'm using a dualshock 4 controller and Samsung S9. I dont want to make my phone rooted, because I wont be able to use NFC. Can I use some apps such as sixaxis, but that dont need root? I tried to use parallel space and such apps, but it still doesnt work without root. I can connect my Dualshock 4 with bluetooth, but how can I set up it with no root? Thanks for answering!
P.s. my os is 9.0

Unsure about how to get a PS4 controller to work for it however I have 4 gamepads that work on my Galaxy S9+:

+ Mad Catz C.T.R.L.R Bluetooth Gamepad works fine over bluetooth even when turning it on during gameplay after the game has been loaded up.
+ Logitech F310 gamepad (corded) works fine.
+ Xbox Elite Wireless gamepad (via cord as wireless doesn't work and has no bluetooth) works, but just like most other android games the controls are screwed up and unless I keep the left trigger pressed halfway down the screen keeps panning to the left unless I root my S9+, however I imagine I could just remap the controls via the controller menu in game.
+ Razer Sabertooth gamepad (corded) works, however it has the same issue as the Xbox elite Wireless gamepad.

I'm curious about the type of controllers that hold/clip onto your Android, like Mogo:can I connect this to OpenMW?

Haven't tried a Dualshock 4, but I have tried two game controllers on my Galaxy S9+

- Ipega PG-9021: Worked fine, though this was back before OMW could handle multitasking, so if I had to set the game down and the controller disconnected, I would have to exit the game to re-connect it, and as a result, I would end up losing my progress since my last save.
- Moga Hero Power: Works fine, much easier to reconnect if it disconnects due to the Pivot app automatically connecting it, though the right trigger I've noticed tends to continue to be detected as held down sometimes when I let go of it, causing me to switch my attack button to the right bumper instead after playing Oblivion on PS3.

Guys, I wanna add some info to my question. I can connect the gamepad with bluetooth, however, I dunno how to do the mapping without root and how to hide buttons in Morrowind so I can use my phone like a screen. What do you use for mapping (no root)?

Connect an xbox controller bluetooth. Thats it.
Edit your controls from the menu.
The quick keys are icons, but they're assigned to 1-6 or 8 or whatever.

Had a problem with my (fairly cheap) snakebyte gamepad SB909382,
the right joystick won't work properly, only the horizontal axis does while the vertical is dead.
Of course i tried cloud/digital/analog settings... and didn't help.

So I bought an xbox bluetooth controller (one x series)... And voila, now it works
I'm happy! Thanks...
