No. The official expansions and TR are separate entities and wont be loaded together.
Speaking of TR you should get SHOTN and P:C. The first is a Skyrim remake and the second it Cyrodiil both in the Morrowind time period.

The latest build is great!! But I do get random crashes when saving, resting, and sometimes during fast travel (happened only once). My latest settings include the new settings off with only view over the shoulder and turning that is being used, preloading is also disabled now. No crashes yet, any recommendations I use a weak phone.

There is new settings under [gui]
# Apply the defined color to dialogue topic.
color topic enable = false

# The color of dialogue topic keywords that gives unique actor responses
# Format R G B A or empty for no special formatting
# Default to blue
color topic specific = 0.45 0.5 0.8 1

# The color of dialogue topic keywords that gives already read responses
# Format R G B A or empty for no special formatting
# Default to grey
color topic exhausted = 0.3 0.3 0.3 1

Some changes was made to third person view under [Camera]
# Makes sense only if 'view over shoulder' is true. First number is horizontal offset (negative value means offset to the left), second number is vertical offset.
view over shoulder offset = 30 -10

This is new setting under [input]
# Set dead zone for joysticks (gamepad or on-screen ones)
joystick dead zone = 0.1

The rest is as before i think, grass occlusion culling.

How do I get around the random crashes(mostly when saving, loading, and fast travel loading)? What settings are recommended for a low end phone? Is there a more stable version for this that has third person crosshair view? Plz can anyone help me

I tried disabling object paging, occullision, preloading, vsync still noyhing it just randomly crashes when saving most of the time. Do you have a stable build with only the third person crosshair?

Its probably because of low ram, try clean your memory before launching openmw, no other ideas.
