Hello!
I made this topic because I really love playing morrowind on my phone, but since april there were no updates for the openmw port. Before that progress was fast. Someone told me that it is because the port is finished but there are still a lot of problems. Water doesn't display in gles1, gles2 gives me horrible textures on land. There is no remove player spell wich can be very annoying and resolution can't be changed (not mentioning that the game freezes when you minimize the window. Also I saw that 0.44 is out too so the port could be upgraded to it. Don't get me wrong I enjoy it very much (already spent a 100 hours in it )and respect for the guys that are doing the hard work, but I'm also very excited to see new updates that make the game even better.

Be careful, I asked a similar question when WIP was still open, and that snowballed into it's closure, updates are a sensitive subject around here lol

Yeah, but unfortunatelly I don't understand russian. And links from that page always lead to 404.
But I'll check it out again with a webpage translator and write down here what I've found. Thanks for the answear.

Also they wrote that the WIP was closed because it was hard to read it and with 55 pages I totally understand. But maybe you're right.

I've checked the russian page but no matter what browser I try the links always lead to 404. If someone know what is the problem, please tell me. Also my question to xyzz is that when can we expect a new update to the port?

You need to be logged in to download files from 4pda.

Looks like sandstranger is there... and busy too.

I checked out the 4pda website. Basically sandstranger is working there on a different openmw apk. His port is more recent 0.44-0.45 somewhere in the nighties I think. But also there is no working console, and in some version the storms are broken. I recommend checking it out but be warned savegames are not compatible with earlier versions, so savefiles from his build are not compatible with xyzz's port. There are some intresting discussions about why he's working in 4pda in the "OpenMW Andriod -- Graphics Issues... Any Ideas?" Topic and, I also put the download links of the apks there. However if if you want to check out whether there is a newer version in 4pda I recomment a google webpage translator and there are also tutorials on how to register to 4pda on the web(https://doorsgeek.blogspot.com/2015/08/ ... l.html?m=1)
