increasing the thread count to 2 in settings.cfg=no load time whatsoever but could conceivably crash the game. not reccomended if you have stability issue in general but if you got a decent device and you managed to find your way to the optimization patch (recommended)and the fixuvrock patch (or somthing similiar theres a few) then give it a whirl. it makes the experience seamless, no pauses just like playing on a console .
this actually ended up not working out for me . but if you have an octacore it might help.

I do have an octacore but now that's irrelevant i have gotten it to work! Just by an impractical means. I got the idea that maybe an older version would do it for me so i searched and went through a few apks. Alot had the same issue and some were to old to even work properly. (I still have the original apk from the first android release as well) Anyway i stumbled across this russian website

https://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtop ... ry70462366

It had a version from February 4th 2018 Version 0.43.0 Revision: 285f85bc6a it works flawlessly loads cells from any where no more "Loading Area" crashes but i have ran into yet another issue. Instead of a keyboard button there is just a DEL key (so no keyboard as far as i can see) and a huge annoying issue is the left stick is the movement and the right stick is the camera control. When i try to change that by simply swapping the sticks around in control settings it shows one where its not tiny in the corner. And when i grab it to slide it over openmw crashes.
I think if i can find a stable place with all versions i can try one that works just as i want it to. Is there a cached page some where with them all?

....Edit, i ment right and left. Other way around then i said.

Okay i have figured it out entirely! If i three finger tap i will get a simple input menu. I can type! Not as cool as the new keyboard of the latest release but still success! The controls are still a little janky but i now have the sticks in the right place. Also i have learned that the console key that this version has dosent work because it is set to the f2 key instead of ~ so just a little more tweaking and i will finally have a dream come true. A full Morrowind experience on my smartphone. Thank you guys for all the help and i cant wait for a new android release that fixes my cell loading issue so me and who ever else might have this problem wont have to use this old version. Just keep with me and lets try to find out why this older version works for me and the latest release crashes on cell loads so maybe we can get the latest version working for me before a newer one is released.
Once again,
-Your friendly Vvardenfell N'wah

Hi,
I think you want this, https://github.com/xyzz/android-port/releases/
It does not have the one you installed . That one is by someone else but its based on the same source. i tend to stay away from sites like 4shared as a rule of thumb as they promote piracy and dont require there devs to release so much as a changelog, but its your phone.

Im aware i just dont want anything i have to compile. If you would compile all of them and upload them to Google Drive or Dropbox or something like that i would greatly appreciate that. If you have the time of course.

I also crash when playing this game.
A good 7 out of 10 times I crash when entering interior and exterior cells.

However it has nothing to do with performance as I'm on a Galaxy S9+ at 2792 x 1440 resolution with all settings maxed except for water and running the game at a smooth 60 fps.
Heat and Battery life isn't a concern for me as I play this at work with my phone on my wireless charger, with a UE boom 2 Bluetooth speaker, and Mad Catz C.T.R.L.R Bluetooth Gamepad.
