Unless the android port somehow breaks things it shouldn't, anything that can be specified on the command line can be specified in openmw.cfg and vice versa. ESMs and ESPs are controlled by the content= lines, with one ESX per line.
Thanks, very good to know ! ill have to try that. is there any benefit to using one method over the other? I guess it would speed things up in a situation where you had multiple openmw.cfgs that you were switching between, but i was wondering if the engine treats the mods/plugins differently if loaded from .cfg as opposed to the cmd line argument ? Maybe it has a preference lol
